We offer treatment for whiplash, neck pain, back pain, carpal tunnel, pinched nerves, sciatica pain, auto accident treatment, migraines, knee treatment and herniated disc treatment. We will begin your treatment by scheduling a consultation to go over your medical history, current condition, and insurance information. With this information, we can then tailor the treatment to your needs and condition. By personalizing the treatment, we can help you receive the exact type of treatment that you need. If there are any changes or developments with your condition, we will alter the treatment as necessary. We provide our services with the goal of recovery and keeping a patient calm during treatment.
Upon scheduling a consultation, which you can do over the phone or online, we will need you to fill out a “New Patient Form” if this is your first appointment with us. This form will ask for your information, past medical history, current condition and insurance information. You can fill the form out at our office before the appointment or at home by printing it out from our website. With this information, we will customize your treatment. We will also answer any questions you might have beforehand. Our hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, Tuesdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a lunch break from 12 to 2 in the afternoon. We accept insurance companies including Aetna, Altius, Blue Cross, Blue Cross Federal, Cigna, Medicare, PHEP and United Healthcare.
